Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: the details you send us are used to reply to you and to do the work you hire us for. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is tracked across the web for advertising.

The details.
Who we are
ElitePath Services, LLC is a digital growth studio based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, serving clients nationwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through elitepathservices.com and our other web properties, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
For any question about this policy, contact us at elitepathservices@gmail.com.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to send us. That usually arrives through the contact form on this site or by email, and it can include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your business name and website, if you share them.
- The services you’re interested in and your budget range.
- The message you write, plus any files, screenshots, or documents you attach.
Information collected automatically
When someone visits this site, our hosting platform records standard technical details such as an IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. We use those records to keep the site secure and running, not to build advertising profiles.
This site does not place its own advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.
Live website previews
Some sections of this site show a client’s real website inside an on-screen frame. Those previews are loaded directly from the client’s own domain, so that site can set its own cookies and record your visit under its own privacy policy. We do not control those third-party sites, and this policy does not cover them.
How we use your information
- Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- Prepare a quote, proposal, or scope of work.
- Deliver and support the services you hire us for.
- Keep business and accounting records required of us.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to operate, and we do not sell it. That can include:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf, such as our website host and the email delivery service that carries your enquiry to our inbox.
- Accountants, attorneys, or other advisers when your project genuinely requires them.
- Courts, regulators, or law enforcement when we are legally required to respond.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and project records are kept while we are working with you and afterwards for legitimate business purposes — documenting the work, honouring warranties, meeting tax and accounting obligations, and defending or exercising legal rights. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable law gives you rights, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave. You can also opt out of our non-essential email at any time by replying to any message.
Email us at elitepathservices@gmail.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before answering, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Where information is processed
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — access limits, encrypted transport for the site, and careful handling of client credentials. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and email in particular is not a private channel; please don’t send us sensitive data such as full bank-account or card numbers unless we have agreed a secure method first.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed; continued use of the site after an update means the updated policy applies.
